Allegany Optical was founded by Dr. Steven Kasinof in 1968 with its first location in Hagerstown, MD. Today, Allegany Optical has 18 locations in four states. In addition, Allegany Optical has a full service surface and finishing lab, business office and insurance office that provide service to all Allegany Optical locations.
